Psychiatric Mental Health Evaluation & Medication Management

New client initial psychiatric evaluation

CASH PAY- Online only, this is designated for individuals to be evaluated and diagnose including medication management. Typically, meetings are monthly. New medication management may require bi-weekly virtual follow-ups. Fee for services rendered will be out of pocket only as I do not accept insurance at this time

Follow up visit for established client

CASH PAY - Online only, this is designated to evaluate medication management and mental health symptoms. Fee for services rendered will be out of pocket only as I do not accept insurance at this time.

HEADWAY - Headway Insurances currently accepted: Carelon Behavioral Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Quest Behavioral Health, Cigna, and Aetna.

In the process of getting credentialed with other insurances and will keep updating.  Working on getting in network with Oscar (Optum), United Healthcare (Optum), Oxford (Optum), BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee,  Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey (Virtual Network), Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (Virtual Network), Quest Behavioral Health, and Independence Blue Cross Pennsylvania (Virtual Network). 

IN - PERSON visits - with insurance - must have a scheduled appointment. Authentic Counseling & Wellness, LLC (formerly Anchor) - Taking Commercial Insurances (Optum, BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, and Cigna).
